Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia - LKPP is the National Public Procurement Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (NPPA) and is a government owned public procurement policy-making agency in Indonesia. LKPP was formed by the Government of Indonesia to formulate government procurement policy and regulations in Indonesia. LKPP is a non-ministerial agency in Indonesia and has main duties to implement the development and formulation of public procurement policies. LKPP was first established in 2005 as Pusat Pengembangan Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Publik (PPKPBJ)
or the Center for Public Procurement Policy Development. PPKPBJ
is a second echelon working unit in Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS.
Later in 2007, Lembaga Kebijakan Pengadaan Barang / Jasa Pemerintah Republik Indonesia was officially launched as an independent state-agency under the Presidential Regulation No 106 of 2007.

In conducting its function and duties, LKPP is under the coordination of the State Minister for the National Development Planning/Head of the National Development Planning Agency (Kementerian PPN/BAPPENAS). LKPP is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Jl Epicentrum Tengah Lot 11 B, Jakarta Selatan 12940. LKPP is organized as 1 Executive Secretary, 1 Inspectorate and 4 Deputy Chairs; Deputy Chair for Strategy and Policy Development, Deputy Chair for Monitoring Evaluation and Development of Information Systems, Deputy Chair for Human Resource Development and Deputy Chair for Legal Affairs and Complaints Handling. Since January 2019, LKPP was lead by Roni Dwi Susanto as the chairman of LKPP replacing Agus Prabowo.

Requirements
- Indonesian citizens.
- Male or Female.
- Minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 27 years old.
- Preferably have experience for minimum 1 year. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Minimum D4 / S1 majoring in Economics / Engineering / State Administration from State or Private Universities (PTN/PTS) with minimum accreditation B.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
- Able to operate computer (MS Office).
- Able to work independently and actively work in teams.
- Preferably have experience working in Government.
- Preferably have a CAT result proof of a maximum of 2 .last years held by government agencies.
- Physically and mentally healthy.
- Never involved in Narcotics and other violations of law.
- Will not demand to be appointed as a Candidate for Civil Servants (CPNS).
- Scan copy of Application Letter that has signed and addressed to Pejabat Pengadaan Biro Perencanaan, Organisasi dan Tata Laksana LKPP;
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) with color photograph 3x4;
- Scan copy of Identity Card;
- Scan copies of diplomas and transcripts that have been legalized by the competent authority;
- Scan copies of other relevant certificates.
