Officer Development Program (ODP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 27 years old.
• Bachelor or Master Degree (S1/S2) with GPA > 3.00, majoring in following disciplines
• Management
• Marketing
• Industrial Engineering
• Economy Study
• Accounting
• Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Psychology
• Information Engineering
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
• Preferably those with organizational experience.

Staff Development Program (SDP)

Requirements

• Maximum age of 25 years old.
• Diploma Degree (D3) with GPA > 3.00, majoring in following disciplines
• Administration
• Accounting
• All engineering background
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office.
• Preferably those with organizational experience.

TAM Internship Program

Requirements

• Undergraduate student in last semester (6th -  8th semester) with minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 grade scale, majoring in following disciplines
• Economics / Business/ Management
• Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, etc)
• Actively involved in organizational activities.
• Willing to take 6 month Full-Time Internship .
