PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) - PTBA or known as "Brantas Abipraya" is a rapid growing national scale state-owned construction company in Indonesia, fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia. Requirements:
- Male, age of candidate under 45 years old.
- Minimum Undergraduate Degree (S1) in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction industry as HSE Coordinator.
- Advanced knowledge of QMS ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 as well as HSE corporate plan and implementation.
- Previous experience in HSE audits, and inspections.
- Able to leading and delivering HSE programs such as mentoring, training and awareness programs, incident investigations, analysis & reporting processes ; and emergency response plan.
- Strong organizational skill, including the ability to quickly resolve problems and work with a minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule, independently and proactively.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Show leadership and also good team member.
