General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen (WNI).
• Physically healthy and free from drugs, as evidenced by a Health Certificate from a Doctor / Government Institution.
• Not older than 50 years of age.
• Never been declared bankrupt within 5 (five) years before the appointment of as Subsidiary Company Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero).
• Never been a member of the Board of Directors or member of the Board of Commissioners / Supervisory Board that was found guilty of causing a BUMN, Subsidiary Company and / or Company to go bankrupt within 5 (five) years before being appointed as Subsidiary Company Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero).
• Never been sentenced for committing a criminal offense that caused losses to the state finance, BUMN, Subsidiary Company, and / or related to the financial sector within 5 (five) years prior to the appointment of as Subsidiary Company Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero).
• Not administrators of political parties, and / or legislative members, and or / or not nominating themselves as candidates for legislative members;
• Not the head / deputy head of the region and / or not being nominated as a candidate for head / deputy regional head;
• Not serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Company Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) for 2 (two) consecutive periods;
• Not currently serving as an official in the Institution, Members of the Board of Commissioners / Supervisory Board in BUMN, Members of the Board of Directors in BUMN, Subsidiary Company and / or Company and willing to resign from positions based on laws and regulations are prohibited from being held by the position of Members of the Board of Directors if elected as Subsidiary Company Director of PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero).
• Willing to resign from a position based on laws and regulations is prohibited from being held by the position of Member of the Board of Directors if elected as a Member of the Board of Directors.
• Good conduct, as evidenced by a valid Police Record Certificate (SKCK) from the local Police Resort (Polres).
• Not included in the list of despicable people or is undergoing a legal process that has permanent legal force;
• Never been dismissed without respect as employees or officials of agencies, institutions, business entities, and companies both government and private;

Special Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S.1).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in level vice president (1 level below the Board of Directors), as evidenced by a letter of appointment and a certificate (reference) from the previous company with good judgment.
• Have a track record that shows the success in managing a BUMN / Subsidiary Company / Company / Institution where it works before nominating by being proven in the portfolio.
