Organizational Development Specialist
Requirements
- Minimum Master Degree / Post Graduate Degree from a leading university majoring in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (Psychologist).
- Possess an active SIPP license from HIMPSI.
- Possess certification in Assessment Center will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Organizational Development Officer.
- Skilled in Assessment Center, Psychological test and interpretation.
- Proactive, adaptive and planner.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skill, and good analytical thinking.
- Able to work in a team or independently.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Target oriented.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university in any major with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Industry *Trade Insurance/Export).
- Have basic knowledge about international trade (L/C Export and Import), Finance Analysis.
- Fluent in English.
- Able to work in a team or independently.
- Good integrity.
- Strong communication skills.
- Have a wide networking.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Target oriented.
- Willing to be stationed in all over Indonesia.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from a leading university majoring in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering or equivalent with minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Skilled in C#, NET/PHP/Phyton.
- Technical experience with database MySQL and SQL Server.
- Have experience in developing project/application (software).
- Have specialization on software is preferred.
- Able to work in a team or independently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Target oriented.
