PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) - PT PELNI (Persero) or referred to as "PELNI" is a well-established state-owned transportation services company in Indonesia. PELNI has core business competencies on marine vessel transportation services. PELNI operates primarily as a shipping operator for commercial and logistic. PELNI is a non listed state-owned company and is fully-owned by the Government of Indonesia which represented by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). As of December 2017, PELNI has 26 passenger ship fleets, 46 pioneer ship fleets, 9 tol laut ship fleets, 44 branch offices and 5 terminal points spread in all over Indonesia. Based in Jakarta, PT PELNI (Persero) also supported by 3 subsidiary companies and 2 affiliated companies, namely PT Sarana Bandar Nasional (99.47% owned by PELNI), PT Pelita Indonesia Djaya (99.50% owned by PELNI), PT Rumah Sakit PELNI (99.96% owned by PELNI), PT Sarana Bandar Logistik (98.98% owned by PT Sarana Bandar Nasional), and PT Pelita Bandar Nasional (99% owned by PT Pelita Indonesia Djaya).

This number is an 3.77% increase from Rp 4,255.26 billion in the same period of last year (2016). PELNI booked total comprehensive income for the year of 2017 of Rp 239.45 billion or 11.41% growth from Rp 214.92 billion in 2016.

Requirements
- Minimum education of ANT II.
- Experienced as Ship Captain in 5 different ships and at least GT 500
- Maximum age of 55 years old.
- Have a COC according to the standard of the STCW Amendment Manila 2010, a minimum certificate of 1 year valid.
- BKKP standard health certificate is still valid for at least 1 year.
- Able to adapt to new environments, work in teams.
- Discipline, honest, ready to work hard and responsible.
- Willing to be placed on all pioneer ships.
Requirements
- Minimum education of ATT II.
- Experienced as Chief Engineer/KKM in 5 different ships and at least GT 500
- Maximum age of 55 years old.
- Have a COC according to the standard of the STCW Amendment Manila 2010, a minimum certificate of 1 year valid.
- BKKP standard health certificate is still valid for at least 1 year.
- Able to adapt to new environments, work in teams.
- Discipline, honest, ready to work hard and responsible.
- Willing to be placed on all pioneer ships.
- Have a passport (optional);
- Have a TIN/NPWP;
- Have BPJS Health;
- Have a BRI Savings Book;
- Have a Seaman's Book;
- Photocopy of ID card.
