Requirements:
- Male, not older than 40 years of age.
- Minimum Bachelor of Human Resource Management, Psychology and Law (S1).
- Required experience in the field of Human Resource or Human Capital for at least 6 years.
- Preferably have experience in the field of Organization Development and Talent Management.
- Strong communication skill in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Have an EPIC Culture (Entrepreneurship, Professionalism, Innovative, Competitive).
- Willing to be placed throughout the Company's work area.
