PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is the biggest mobile phone operators in Indonesia. As of December 2018, Telkomsel has a total of 163 million total customer base, both pre-paid and postpaid customers. Requirements
- Mid (3-5 years of experience).
- Conducts user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.
- Creates distinctive branded digital experiences that are desirable and consistent across multiple platforms, devices, and channels.
- Develops new product concepts, storyboards, detailed interaction designs, and screen flows, and prototypes to clearly articulate solutions.
- Conducts concept and usability testing to iteratively validate and improve design solutions.
- Tracks user experience metrics and reports on the success of UX improvements, including analytics.
- Experience designing consumer-quality experiences/products on both web and mobile platforms.
- Ability to design clear and creative artifacts (task flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes);
- Visual design skills, including the use of a diverse set of software (e.g. Invision, Adobe Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, etc.).
Requirements
- Senior (5+ years of experience).
- Very good command of Python and ML stack. Preferred programming experience: Python & SQL with considerable experience with a wide range of tools including SparkML, H2O, FlinkML, TensorFlow, Pandas, R, and Matlab.

- Meaningful experience in multiple database technologies such as Distributed Processing (Spark, Hadoop, EMR), traditional RDBMS (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL), MPP (AWS Redshift, Teradata), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra, Neo4J, Titan).
- Experience working on projects within the cloud ideally AWS or Azure.
