Requirements
- S1 Psychology with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Familiar with Psychology test kits and accustomed to interviewing candidates
- Have a good understanding of the selection and assessment tools.
- Strong analytical skills and able to manage tight deadlines.
- Have a wide workforce recruitment network.
- Have good administrative skills.

- D3 / S1 Psychology / Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
- Familiar with career development planning and management.
- Have a good understanding of management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and able to manage tight deadlines.
- Have good administrative skills.
- Maximum age of 28 years old.
- Fluent in English well (oral and written)
- Able to operate Microsoft Office Programs (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and can arrange interesting presentations.
- Able to work multitasking and highly dedicated, ready to work under pressure (target orientation).
- Ready to travel on business throughout Indonesia.
- Able to work independently and in teams;
- High level of professional integrity and accountability.
- Communicative, initiative and able to identify opportunities properly.
- Strong analytical skills and good problem-solving, and have a good leadership spirit.
