PT Hutama Karya (Persero) - PT HK or referred to as "Hutama Karya" is a rapid growing state-owned general construction firm in Indonesia. According to information found in PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the financial performance of Hutama Karya in 2017 showed a good improvement. Hutama Karya managed to record total revenue of Rp 18.09 trillion. This was higher Rp 9.56 trillion from Rp 8.53 trillion in 2016. Referring to its annual report, Hutama Karya registered total net income for the year of 2017 amounted to Rp1,071 billion. This number is up 255% from Rp 302 billion in 2016.

Lead Architect Engineer
Requirements:
- Architected, built and/or re-platformed at least 1 large-scale back-end system from scratch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good project management and leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and proven experience engaging with and guiding cross-functional and cross-regional virtual teams.
- Minimum 5 years of back-end experience.
Requirements:
- Architected, built and/or re-platformed at least 1 large-scale back-end system from scratch.
- Minimum 3 years of back-end experience.
Requirements
- Minimum S1 in Engineering, Environmental Science, or similar field
- Must have driver’s license and good driving record
- Must be willing to drive personal vehicle for company tasks as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency and experience in environmental regulatory compliance (RCRA, CWA, CAA, NPDES, etc.) and collecting soil and water samples.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills; addresses all tasks with a sense of urgency.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal oversight.
Requirements:
- Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor.
- Superb computer competence, including database management.
- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practice.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience and/or understanding of all aspects in the field of civil engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or REVIT.
- Project management and supervision skills is required with mid to senior level management experience are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good project management and leadership.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Civil Engineering.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Chemistry or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Experience in Quality Assurance best practices.
- Have experience in ISO 9000.
- Strong knowledge of Six Sigma.
- Experience with method development and troubleshooting gas chromatography, ion chromatography, total organic carbon analysis, Karl Fisher, gel permeation chromatography.
- Communication and leadership skills with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years or 3 years experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong passion in the field of construction.
- Have interpersonal skills, analysis, and good leadership.
- Communicative and target oriented.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- The candidates with prior experience in Design/Build or P3 on complex road, highway and interchange projects for 5+ years is preferred,
- Proven experience in managing complex road, highway and interchange projects DOT projects.
- Established a professional reputation with Michigan transportation agencies.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- Minimum S1 in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
- Well commitment with Health and Safety.
- Fantastic relationship, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Good organization and negotiation skills.
- Results-focused.
- Prior experience in project leadership.
- Minimum 3 years as a heavy industrial engineer.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Required experience in managing professional or volunteer Emergency Response Teams.
- Required experience in Incident Command System (ICS).
- Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) is preferred (not required).
- Paramedic or EMT is preferred (not required).
