Work Over/Well Services Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of Work Over & Well Services in the Oil & Gas Company.
- Have the certification of a Well Maintenance Specialist (APPS).
- Able to plan, evaluate, propose rig units that are reliable and safe.
- Have knowledge about rig parts and maintenance as well as supporting facilities.
- Have knowledge and ability to apply Well Completion and Well Stimulation.
- Able to do workover / Drilling Operations and move the Rig (Move-Demove).
Requirements:
- Work experience of 8 (eight) years in the field of Oil & Gas Operations (Oil & Gas Company)
- Have the certification of Well Care Control Expert (APPS) & H2S Hazard Mitigation
- Able to provide implementation strategies, operations optimization, and well service utilization in accordance with World-class Oil and Gas Company Standards.
- Have knowledge related to Well Completion, Well Services Equipment (Hoist, Lifting, Equipment, Data Acquisition Unit, & Acidizing Unit), Cementing & Stimulation, Rig Inspection, Well Operation & Problem Solving, and Reliability Engineering, and Petroleum Economics.
- Hae knowledge about Oil & Gas Contracts / Law / Regulations, Project Mgmnt Integration.
Requirements:
- S1 Engineering.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Oil & Gas, in the field of HSSE management
- Have a K3 supervisor certificate.
- Understanding Safety Reporting, Incident Investigation, Safety Inspection, and Safety Audit
- Understanding ISO 14001, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001.
- Understanding the HSSE Management System, Loss Prevention Management, Hazard Identification & Analysis.

- Technical geophysics specialist, working continuously in the oil and gas industry for a minimum of 20 years.
- Has best practices from field and basin experience at home and abroad.
- Mastering the operation of Quatitive Interpretation software, Rock physics, AVO, seismic.
- Inversion and 3D modeling integration.
- Mastery level in quantitative interpretation (QI), complex attributes, rock physics, AVO analysis.
- Mastery level in deterministic and stochastic inversion, static integration and loop-back.
- Mastery level in seismic forward modeling (1D, 2D, 3D to 4D).

- Minimum 4 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing PROPER documents.
- Have an AMDAL Certificate
