Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree (S1 / S2) in any relevant fields of study from a reputable state university (PTN) with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or equivalent
- Maximum age:
- Maximum age of 26 years old for S1.
- Maximum age of 28 years old for S2.
- Not have a nuclear family in Bank Mandiri Taspen (parents and siblings).
- Single/not married and willing to not get married during the program.
- Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia
