PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) - PTBA or known as "Brantas Abipraya" is a rapid growing national scale state-owned construction company in Indonesia, headquartered in Jakarta. - Minimum S1 Management / HR Management / Psychology / Management Education
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have experience in the field of training and HR development.
- Have experience in the field of organizational development (preferably in construction service companies).
- Strong sense of analytical thinking.
- Able to work in teams.
- Fluent in English.
- Have a wide network of relationships with HR management consultants.
- Willing to be placed in all regions of Indonesia.
Requirements:
- Male, maximum age of 28 years old.
- Educational background in Geological Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
- Have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the related field.
- Fluent in English.
