PT Telekomunikasi Selular - Telkomsel is the biggest mobile phone operator in Indonesia. As of December 2018, Telkomsel has a total of 163 million total customer base, both pre-paid and postpaid customers. With a total of 189,081BTS units, Telkomsel is widely known nationwide as the largest cellular operator with the widest network coverage in Indonesia, with an estimated 2G population coverage of almost 100%, 3G population coverage of 85% and 4G population coverage of 80%. This total revenue equivalent to a 7% growth from Rp 86.7 trillion total revenue in 2016. Referring to its annual report, total net income in 2017 recorded as Rp 30.4 trillion, an 8% increased to Rp 28.2 trillion in the previous year.
