PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) - Pelindo 2 or most commonly known as Indonesia Port Corporation (or referred to as "IPC Group") is a leading state-owned seaport and logistics company in Indonesia. Together with its 17 directly-owned subsidiary and affiliated companies, IPC Group offers services in the field of ship services, cargo services, and other related services. PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) is a non listed state-owned company and is 100% owned by the Government of Indonesia which represented by the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). In terms of financial performance, the IPC Group recorded a satisfying financial result in 2017. According to information found in PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Annual Report 2017 as cited by JobsCDC.com, IPC Group registered total revenues of of Rp10.91 trillion in 2017. This number is equivalent to a 22.27% increase as compared with total revenues recorded in 2016 worth of Rp8.93 trillion. The total net profit in 2017 was Rp2.21 trillion or 43.49% higher than the realized in 2016 worth of Rp1.54 trillion.

Requirements
- Minimum age of 30 years and maximum age of 39 years old on 1 February 2020.
- Possess Marine Certification, minimum ANT-III (preferably ANT II and ANT I).
- Minimum 3 years of sailing as Mualim 1000 GT Ship (Preferred Captain).
- Physically and mentally healthy, drug-free.
- Minimum height of 160cm.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Have basic swimming skills.
- Willing to be assigned in all working areas of IPC Group.
- Willing to undergo service ties with the company.
- Willing to follow the Pandu Candidate Training by the Directorate General of Sea Transportation (for those who do not yet have the Pilot Service Training diploma).
