Requirements
- Male/Female.
- Maximum age of 35 years old
- S1 in Marketing Management, Business, Communication or relevant.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the property sector as a Salesperson (with a minimum of 3 years experience in the same position or 2 years as a supervisor in the property or high rise building).
- Good analytical thinking, strong with numbers and good communication skills.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Satisfaction.
- Fluent in English and computer literate.
- Willing to be placed in Denpasar, Bali.

- Male/Female, age between 21-35 years old.
- S1 / S2 Architecture, Regional and City Planning, Economics, and Business or relevant.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Have work an internship experience at a property consultant and company (the candidates with prior experience in Business Development or Feasibility Study functions are preferred).
- Good analytical thinking, strong with numbers and good communication skills.
- Have good communication and understanding of Business Feasibility Studies, Market Studies, and Financial Modeling.
- Willing to be placed in all PT Waskita Karya Realty (PT WKR) projects or PT WKR Subsidiaries.

- S1 Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Law or relevant.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- The Candidates with prior experience in the Property Developer in the field of land is preferred.
- Have knowledge in the Property Industry.
- Able to work as a team or individually.
- Willing to be placed in all PT Waskita Karya Realty (PT WKR) projects or PT WKR Subsidiaries.

- Minimum D3/ S1 Communication, Economics, Accounting, Management.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Collection, preferably in the Property or Financial Industry.
- Have good self-control.
- Strong in numbers.
- Strong communication and foreign language skills (English).
- Able to work as a team or individually.
- Have good knowledge about the Property Industry.
- Skilled in operating computers (especially Excel, and Word) Looking Good
- Have good problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Have good knowledge of Customer Relationship Management & Customer Complaints Handling
- Willing to be placed in all PT Waskita Karya Realty (PT WKR) projects or PT WKR Subsidiaries.
